This is a unique opportunity to join a household name in a high performing team. A company that is located centrally in Wellington close to all the amenities with an excellent office and dynamic culture.

In this role you will be responsible for working with the business to produce results. This is a role with variety, a role that allows you to work complex accounting issues and problem solving around technical IFRS queries.

You will work with other teams within this business to create accounting policies, work with auditors, prepare financial statements, budget preparation whilst working with the business to implement technical advice.

Ideally you will have the following:

• Full CA membership and tertiary degree in accounting
• Advanced excel skills
• The ability to interpret accounting standards and explain them to key stakeholders
• People skills with the ability to build relationship internally and externally
• Strong IFRS knowledge
