Finance Business Partner

The Opportunity

This role offers the best of both worlds for an experienced management accountant: a solid core of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, combined with genuine business partnering exposure to senior leadership. You'll be the trusted finance contact for your portfolio, producing the numbers and the insight that sits behind them.

You'll balance the discipline of accurate, well-managed reporting with the opportunity to build relationships, provide commentary and support decision-making at a senior level - a role with real substance on both sides.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for your portfolio, identifying risks and opportunities along the way.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare high-quality financial reporting and commentary that clearly communicates performance against plan.
• Business Partnering: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, providing financial advice and insight that supports sound decision-making.

About You

You're a qualified accountant (CA or equivalent) with strong management accounting and financial reporting experience, comfortable owning the numbers end-to-end. Alongside that technical strength, you bring the confidence and communication skills to build relationships and provide insight to senior stakeholders.

• CA qualified (or equivalent) with solid management accounting and reporting experience
• Strong analytical skills paired with the confidence to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting financial information to non-financial audiences
