The Role:

In this role you will manage the company’s financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency. You’ll work closely with leadership, the finance team, and stakeholders to deliver reliable financial reporting and strategic insights. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing accurate monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and annual financial planning.
  • Managing reconciliations and supporting audits.
  • Providing analysis and recommendations on financial performance.
  • Ensuring strong internal controls and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborating across departments to streamline financial processes.

About You:

This is an exciting, varied role with plenty of room for professional growth. We’re looking for someone technically strong and passionate about adding value to the business.

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CA or CPA (or working towards it).
  • Solid experience in financial accounting and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of New Zealand accounting standards and tax laws.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
